No, Proxy DDoS Filter Service is only provided to VPS/Server customers at VinaHost. .
No. VinaHost only invoices our resellers then the reseller invoices their own customer for services.
Yes. VinaHost applies the profit sharing policy to customer. When you introduce VinaHost services to the 3rd party, you will get 10% cost of service (not including tax) for operating duration of the service. To get this offer, you need to have a VinaHost account and activate the profit sharing program.
After making payment, if you need financial invoice, please contact VinaHost via livechat or email billing@vinahost.vn within 2 days (from the date of confirming successful payment) to send VinaHost information of VAT invoice. After this time, VinaHost will not handle the issues related to invoicing.
VinaHost has a discount policy for long-term orders. If you are long-term customers or buy more services, you will be applied flexible discount policy (if you request). The discount rate may not exceed 10%. In other cases, VinaHost will ask manager for solution.
You only get VAT invoice after making payment successfully. For few exceptions, VinaHost can issue invoices in advance. The support staffs are responsible for solving each case, so that they only send online invoice to customers. The real VAT invoice will be sent after VinaHost confirms customer’s payment.
In case you want to stop the service and get payment after VinaHost issued the VAT invoice, the refund will be added into VinaHost customer’s account. The refund will apply only to 10% taxed service at VinaHost.

Protected server will be set in DMZ, not directly connected to the Internet. Proxy DDOS Filter services will block the following types of attacks: UDP Attacks, TCP SYN Flood, SYN-ACK Reflection Attacks, ICMP Attacks, DNS Amplification Attacks, HTTP Attacks.
