The following introduction show how to hard reset your server (dedicated / colo) by yourself that located in VDC2 NTMK Data Center.
Step1: Login to Vinahost Customer Account Center at https://secure.vinahost.vn/ac/index.php => Account Management=> My Services
Step 2: Click View Details of Service
Step 3: Click on Hard Reset, copy string "I understand that rebooting the server via this method (power reset) might cause lost of data" paste in text field then click Reboot
